Announcment…I GOT A PUPPY ^_^?

This isn’t really a question it’s more like an announcment, but I’ll add a question at the end so I don’t get reported. Anyway my mum got me a golden retriever puppy today and she is so cute. I was really surprised because when I got home from school my mum said to go and water the flowers on the flower-covered pergola. I did as I was told and then surprise, there was a little puppy looking at me intently. She had a red ribbon attached to her pink collar, and was sitting in a cute little kennel. I so couldn’t believe it and she is really well behaved. she doesn’t jump up at people or be a bother either, and when she saw me Sasha’s gace lit up and her tail started waging. But she waited for me to call her before following me everywhere and being a typical puppy, I love her so much! Also my labrador adores her, Sasha is sharing a bed with her right now, I can’t believe how lucky I am to own her. When can I start training Sasha to do tricks cause shes a really smart puppy?

She will bring you years of love .

Why not start today ? , The younger the better and the more well behaved the better.

Make sure you take her to obedience classes , so she learns , you learn as well and she gets socialized.

    Again congratulations.

AWW! My Goldie died about 4 years ago, but im getting a German Shepard in August! The sooner you train her the better! When she gets older shes more likely to not be bothered. So, start with simple things like "sit" and "lay" you can find websites on the internet to show you how to make her perform these things. Well good luck!

You can train her from about 12 weeks upwards. I know what it feels like to have a Golden, but mine is very stubborn!

    Congratulations 🙂

It’s never too early to start training. Just start off simply and don’t push her too hard. Keep it short and light hearted and she’ll progress before your eyes.

congratulations on your puppy, the earlier you start training the better , start with a few simple commands, (sit stay down) and gradually add more as she gets the hang of things, remember to reward good behaviour and i am sure you will have a trained puppy in no time, enjoy her honey best of luck
